This is a great app ... love how it tells you how much u have spent and what you can use your rewards for and the offers are exactly what I buy the most not a whole bunch of garbage that I dont

I am signed out of app suddenly and it wont allow me to log back in! Keeps saying something is wrong with my log in info!

Now I dont know my stupid password much less the email I used. Then I try reset it but it just says security question... but do I remember that? Nope! lol

Never had issues until the last month!! It wants me to answer security questions but doesnt even show me a question like wtf man

If you forget your password, you can recover password by clicking on the "forget password link" and it is to give you a security question but there is never a question to answer so you cant sign in????????

Irritating that you have to open and refresh the app to receive access to new offers - This should be automatic Now an app update has zeroed my login information Basically theres plenty of room for improvement.

Complete gong show since their massive privacy breach. Member services do not respond to requests for assistance. Tons of points lost. Setting a new superlative for poor service

If I should rate it a minus 5 stars I would. After a security breach all the passwords are reset, but were allowed to have a maximum of 8 characters for the new passwords. 8! In this date and age, you might as well set it to "password". Same effect. I wont trust any apps, or the associated brands that dont take the sercurity of their customer info seriously.

Got an email saying I had to reset my password for "suspicious activity" and when I go to reset it it limits me to 8 characters. So annoyed.

Always crashes, reset options take 2 days, delayed and lost my PC points Terrible
